Working Together to Write Strong

Diane Johnson, a talented visual artist, has a deep-rooted passion for the literary arts. Her free time is dedicated to crafting fictional stories and devotionals. In 2010, she founded her first writer's group, Creative Call, a haven for writers and poets from her church seeking a supportive community to nurture their craft. Her journey is a testament to her commitment and love for the written word. 

Diane Johnson now leads ABAG's Write Strong, writers' group. Diane's belief in creating safe spaces where voices are heard, ideas are shared, and motivation is given to help individuals with their writing has remained strong since the group's inception in 2022. Write Strong has made a lasting impact by fostering relationships, providing resources, facilitating writer collaborations, and holding each other accountable for personal writing goals.
